Bonnell Aluminum, North America’s premier manufacturer of aluminum extrusions to the nonresidential building and construction market, operates three manufacturing facilities, in Tennessee, Indiana and Georgia, and thirteen extrusion presses. Its 5500-ton state-of-the-art extrusion press equipped with handling and ancillary systems specifically engineered to extrude profiles up to 16 inches wide requiring critical surfaces for prominent exposed architectural applications will be in operation in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Bonnell Aluminum manufactures mill finish, anodized, painted, thermally broken and fabricated aluminum extrusions. The company manufactures mainly extrusions used to produce architectural curtain walls, storefronts, light to heavy commercial and institutional windows, walkway covers, interior architectural products, photovoltaic solar collectors and alternative energy products, shower enclosures, hurricane protection products, parts for autos, light trucks and recreational vehicles, and industrial and agricultural machinery.
